Call to Artists: The Juried Art Show 2009 - Works on Paper
Central Art Supply Company is now accepting entries for The Juried Art Show 2009: Works on Paper. This exhibit and sale will be held at The Studio@620 November 6 - 16, 2009.
Eligible for submission are recent original works on paper including, but not limited to: printmaking, painting, and drawing. Work must have been completed within the past two years.
Entry deadline is September 15, 2009.

The YWCA "Y Not Shop" is now open! Did you know that our good neighbors, the YWCA operates the Y Not Shop? This thrift store supports the YWCA's programming and operating budget. Stop in for a look around-- Y Not Shop?!
Also the Y Not Shop is accepting donations of high quality housewares, books, furniture, clothing and jewelry. They are located at 655 2nd Ave. South. Shop hours are Weds - Fri 10 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM - 2 PM. For more information call 727-896-4629.

Thank you! A great big "THANKS!" to everyone who joined The Studio during our recent membership drive! We went well past our goal of 100 NEW FRIENDS for the studio and welcomed back over 50 returning members. Welcome one and all!

Mary is a faithful volunteer who regularly greets Studio guests with her warm and welcoming smile. Her thorough knowledge and familiarity with our admissions desk protocol comes from having worked many events. Flexible and friendly volunteers like Mary make a wonderful first impression when visitors step through the Studio's front doors and we are ever so grateful!
