The Studio@620 regularly rents out its space to non-profit organizations, commercial businesses, and others for private events, meetings, and parties. It's never too early to book a date for your holiday or special event at the Studio@620.

Facility Rental Fees

Facility rental fees cover the use of The Studio@620 lower gallery space and any sound/light equipment, audience seating, stage platforms, podium, screen etc. as needed for the event. A basic rental includes the use of The Studio for four hours.

Standard facility rental fees:

Monday - Thursday "Daytime" event:

4 hours ending prior to 5 PM -- $500

Monday - Thursday "Evening" event:

4 hours ending prior to 10 pm -- $600

Friday - Sunday "Weekend" event: 4 hours -- $800

Additional hours, per extra hour prior to 10 PM -- $100
