Boker Movement Classes

Presented by Noa Spector-Flock

Boker Movement at The Studio will combine awareness based Feldenkrais, Noa's own resistive band work based on the two books and DVD she wrote, yoga asanas and kundalini yoga which she has been practicing for many years.  Boker Movement will address stretching and "opening" the body and will also use compounded muscle work to work the body as a whole for toning and help in weight loss. This class provides a great opportunity for college students, business and downtown employees, residents and seniors to take an hour to stay fit and align before they start their day.
