Let's Misbehave!

A musical evening starring Paul Wilborn and Blue Roses, Featuring Eugenie Bondurant

Paul Wilborn continues his exploration of the best American singers and songwriters, accompanied by his infectious piano stylings, his dry wit and his great band, the Blue Roses and vocalist Eugenie Bondurant.

This time, Paul and the band explore the sexy, steamy side of the Great American Songbook. You’ll hear tunes that enlivened the Broadway stage, nightclubs, the speakeasies, the backstreet bars, show tents and bawdy houses of the 1920s, ‘30s, ‘40s and ‘50s. Composers include Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Fats Waller, George Gershwin, Gus Kahn, Walter Donaldson, and Rodgers and Hart, and some legendary cocktail party parodies laced with lyrical lust. Rated R for Racy!

Set One: Broadway and Tin Pan Alley

Set Two: Harlem and Beyond
